Frozen Australian Beef Striploin (steak)

A striploin steak is the perfect middle ground between the tenderloin and rib-eye steak. It boasts a melt-in-your-mouth texture experience, but is still juicy and has a potently ‘beefy’ flavour. The main difference between a striploin steak and rib-eye steak is that the striploin contains a more even distribution of marbling than the rib-eye.
